This issue is fixed in Creative Cloud Desktop 5.2 update.
If you have not updated to Creative Cloud Desktop 5.2 update then you can try restarting the machine to proceed with installation.

Guys, please fix this problem. It's been happening regularly with updates for over two years. You need cleaner update install processes...pretty basic stuff. It's the only program in the suite that runs into this issue.
