   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   I do have Microsoft Outlook installed. I have noticed the flickering start while in Outlook.
