   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   Same here. happened a few times before, after recent updates- happens all the time when I pan or flythrough an opened Illustrator document with GPU on.
   Got MS office installed, among the rest.
   Macbook pro 2017
