   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   It happens when I resize elements in my design in Indesign. On the background Outlook and Word are running.
