   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   We use O365 but use it in the browser, not one single Microsoft app installed. It seems the problem occurs when resizing elements in both Illustrator and InDesign.
