   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   I have the same issue, and it only happens when I'm working with Illustrator.
   I have some Office Applications installed; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneDrive.

   I don't have exactly the same graphic card, but my iMac is also from 2015:
   Retina 5K, 27-inch, Mid 2015
   3.3 GHz Intel Core i5
   16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
   AMD Radeon R9 M290 2 GB

   This problem is so annoying, please help us.
