    And another user with this issue: AI version 24.0.1 on latest Catalina.
    The files are in a OneDrive folder that is constantly synced. This has something to do with it.
    Just tested the following that switches the problem on and off:
    1. saved a file that has the issue outside of the OneDrive folder: no problem with any follow up save.
    2. Save as that same file within the OneDrive folder: problem comes back.

    Adobe should talk to Microsoft I guess…
