This issue is fixed in Creative Cloud Desktop 5.2 update.
If you have not updated to Creative Cloud Desktop 5.2 update then you can try restarting the machine to proceed with installation.

its a generic problem FIX IT. I am sick and tired of this. I pay good money for this subscription and I expect it to work!!!!!!!! The other programs in CC seem to update OK what the **** is going on. You are happy to take our money but not happy to FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!
