This issue, caused by the most recent update (Friday March 6th) was resolved by uninstalling the entire program and then reinstalling it. None of the suggestions or resolutions in the forum, faq, or provided by Adobe were relevant or helpful. "Application Frame" doesn't exist in the Window drop down for newer versions, so this "solution" is moot for most users.
