I have a way to input most commands with voice while working in Adobe Illustrator 2020 on 10.15.4. It's under System Preferences...-> Accessibility-> Voice Control. The only caveat that I can't figure out yet is that I am able to add keyboard shortcuts and some menu items, but keyboard shortcuts can only be added if they use a modifier key. Which is a bummer because I don't want to remap all of the basic keys but would like to be able to access the "Keyboard Shortcuts" for those tools.
Whats really cool is your voice control commands can trigger a "Keyboard Shortcut" which you can have trigger an action in Illustrator.
