    Hey,
    Faced same issue as 1!
    Rectified by going to swatches, creating a new swatch and adding it to the library. Then upon clicking back to the colour mixer, I was prompted to select either RGB or CMYK. After clicking RGB, I was able to use as I had previously and without issue. Hope this helps!
