Predictive text and optional ai copy adapted to text box design sizes
I would like to have predictive text, while I write it can complete the word like it happens in my phone.
Also once you have my copy done, have a menu to have other copy options, translations and changes of copy adapted to cover more or less space in my design.2 votes -
Add Font Height Options in Style Settings Panel
Can we get this option added within the Paragraph and Character Style Settings panels?
Currently you can only fix the font height of a Paragraph and Character styles with Em-box as a reference.4 votes -
Alt/Option-click on the "New style" icon to open a text style definition dialog directly
It would be a giant leap forward for Illustrator to match InDesign's UX for paragraph and character styles management.
Allow us to Alt/Option-click on the "New style" icon to open the style definition dialog directly, avoiding nonsense names like "Paragraph Style 1."
The same approach is used for Graphic Styles, so it should be allowed for text styles as well.

Right-click on a text style to access the its definition and options
It would be a giant leap forward for Illustrator to match InDesign's UX for paragraph and character styles management.
Allow right-click on a character or paragraph style to access the style definition and options via a context menu: Edit style, Duplicate style, Delete style, Apply style, Redefine style, instead of using the panels’ menus.

文字プロパティの「さらに検索」の言語表示を改善
文字プロパティの「さらに検索」で母国語以外の他言語が上位表示される仕様になっている。
日本ユーザーの場合、韓国語が上位表示されており、利便性に欠けるとともに、ローカライズが出来ていない状態といえる。
ユーザーの母国語を最優先に表示する仕様に改善すべきと考える。

Warn about text elements in a document
Greetings, team. I have a suggestion to enhance your fantastic design software. I frequently work with tiny text elements in my vector art designs for textile sublimation. The challenge lies in the sheer volume of items I create daily, each with various sizes and variations. Sometimes, I inadvertently include text within the art, only to notice it after printing. Add Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+X as a text modal keyboard shortcut for strikethrough text
Recently Ai finally added hotkeys slots for text formatting (following this request: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/33679330) — for bold, Underline, Italics.
We need more.
Even though Strikethrough (as well as Underline) in Ai is very basic and does not allow customization (here is a request about both: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/48103976), we need at least an empty hotkey slot for it. Most apps support Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+X for this, so I suggest the same combination.2 votes -
Composite fonts with Chinese, Korean fonts
Composite fonts (East Asian type option) only shows Japanese typefaces for CJK text elements. It would be nice to be also able to typeset CJK texts in Chinese/Korean typefaces to reflect regional differences in CJK character forms.

Add Convert to Point / Area Type commands in context menu for text
When I right-click on text, I would like there to be an option to switch between area/point text, instead of going to the type menu.

Add an "All Minuscule" button to the character tool panel
There's an all caps button why not the opposite. At times I've seen plenty of brands use minuscule characters for some lines exclusively. It would be nice to have templates that prevent the error to have majuscule letters or vowels when a brand doesn't want it and explaining it to the client/customer. I've made a sample you can check out. It seems simple enough to add.

Leading / Line Height calculator (more Auto options)
Illustrator now offers 120% as the default leading value.
Changing it requires you to go to Justification dialog within the Character panel.
The setting is global for the document.
Changing the default value for all new documents requires editing [Normal Paragraph Style] in proper Document Profile (and default ones are reset every time Ai updates).Typography often requires more variety than just a value relative to font size.

As a user who frequently works with CJK texts, I often encounter challenges in managing fonts for multilingual documents. Currently, setting different fonts for mixed-texts is a cumbersome process.

Please support Hebrew language
Hi
I’m using illustrator for first time and learning it in university and I noticed that it not supports on Hebrew language
That’s make problems when I’m trying to write in Hebrew
And because of it I need to buy computer … that’s why I think they u need to do Hebrew language support on the illustrator fonts and so…If it not support the language going backwards and not as she should .

A point type frame should ignore spaces on the right, just like an area type.
Right spaces should be ignored by text align.
