When I go to resize a vector, it rotates it. Bug with latest update.
I think the new update did this. If I work very carefully I can eventually get it to resize.

I'm having the exact same problem. I even pause to be sure the resize cursor is showing and carefully click without moving the mouse, but it switches to rotation instead of resizing. This happens consistently with certain small objects. I need to zoom in to be able to resize.
