Allow eyedropper to ignore locked layers.
Allowing the eyedropper to optionally ignore the contents of locked layers would be very useful. Having a locked layer with transparency above an active layer and trying to sample a line weight, only to sample the fill or other attributes of a transparent object that you're working "through" is very frustrating.

We always use a highlight- & shadow layer above our packaging designs. So we need this option.

This would be a valuable feature. I frequently lock all layers except the one I am working on. Sometimes, I have a layer above to adjust color/saturation or add an overall gradient. I almost never want to pick up the attributes of those layers.

This would be great to see. Would be very useful for creating artwork when using a reference layer (i.e. bitmap) placed above your working layers and set to multiply (and locked) so you could sample items below the reference layer as opposed to the top layer (reference, which for me is usually a bitmap image with no helpful Ai properties (fill/stroke/width etc). Currently, you have to turn off visibility of your reference layer in order to sample anything below it.
