Roof plan templates: scaled diagrams with measurements built in
Roofers sketch a roof plan for nearly every quote, and most of those sketches are rough hand drawings.
Illustrator could ship a roof-plan template with scaled pitches, valleys and measurement callouts, so an estimator draws a clean diagram straight from site measurements. A roofing waukegan il estimator producing a tidy roof diagram with every slope labelled would quote faster and look far more professional.
The template could include common roof shapes to start from, with editable dimensions.
