  1. Image in clipping mask moves when I open the file in Acrobat or Preview

    Illustrator 29.8.2 on Mac Ventura 13.7.8

    I have images in clipping masks. When I open the .ai document in Adobe Acrobat or Preview, the images have moved.
    The workaround I have for now is to print to .ps to generate a .pdf.

    (I just updated Illustrator but it happened yesterday too before the update with another file)

  2. Objects behind clipping mask cannot move outside of drawing area

    What is the point in a clipping mask if the objects behind it cannot fall off the drawing area? May as well use Microsoft Paint to be honest
