Ability to import Adobe Draw files
I had just moved from my student to personal license. In the process, all of my adobe draw projects have disappeared, and I’m told that even if I were able to get back into my student account, my projects still won’t be there.
If you store the draw projects locally (on the ipad), please don’t restrict them to a specific account.
I just lost a year’s worth of projects and sketches. I have been told that there is not trace or remnant of what I was working on unless I moved it to illustrator at one point (which weren’t that many).

To open them from creative cloud not as an image but intact layers like Fresco. One step process so all the work we did in that app is accessible. Draw will likely be nixed at some point, help us convert those files easier/sooner.
Please make it obvious and not a scavenger hunt through how-to’s or a process that requires another app to do it.

Not sure if it's a glitch or missing functionality, but I can't open Illustrator Draw files that should be stored locally on my iPad Pro (1st gen), but also in the cloud. The cloud folder is displayed as being empty even though there should be lots of files there and the local file directory doesn't even list a Draw folder...

We can share individual drawings from Adobe DRAW to Illustrator, but when you have an entire PROJECT of drawings, the share option is limited to very LOW-resolution images on a web link or sending them to Behance as a portfolio piece. Why on earth can't we just send an entire project to our computer for Illustrator. I could just save them in the Creative Cloud files in a folder called Adobe DRAW as individual illustrator files in a folder of the project's name.
I spent 2 hours last night just opening individual DRAW drawings, sending them to Illustrator and then saving them on my computer. 2 Hours of wasted time, not even being creative, just getting them from my iPad to my Computer. That doesn't make any sense. Why did Adobe make a project in DRAW if you can't do anything with a project? PLEASE FIX THIS.

I would like to be able to open Draw files made on ANY iPad, without difficult procedures, without delay, with a single mouse click. No lost files, no hour-long sessions with the Adobe Chat desk. I've worked with Adobe since 1989 but I've only needed the help desk since you made us pay per pixel. Adobe has become an expensive, cumbersome hiccup in our workflow. Fix it.
