Export to .jpg I couldn’t find an export to jpg option, It’s a very common format I was surprised it wasn’t included.
In addition to that a slices option would be great.

Export to JPEG was already there in 1.0.
In the latest update more controls for export formats have been added.

How to change ppi? When creating a new document I can’t figure out how to change ppi. Once in a document I can see in “info” that my ppi is 72, but again, can’t see a way to change it

Ability to import Adobe Draw files I had just moved from my student to personal license. In the process, all of my adobe draw projects have disappeared, and I’m told that even if I were able to get back into my student account, my projects still won’t be there.
If you store the draw projects locally (on the ipad), please don’t restrict them to a specific account.
I just lost a year’s worth of projects and sketches. I have been told that there is not trace or remnant of what I was working on unless I moved it to illustrator at one point (which weren’t that…

.AIC compatibility with InDesign I don’t see a way to place .aic files which I’ve manipulated on iPad into an InDesign document. Is the format not supported or is this an issue of file handling? As a separate note, the file organization isn’t very intuitive for Illustrator cloud documents and the slow refresh can often hide files completely.

3 votes -
Merci 🙏

Manual sync with CC Syncing saved files over from Illustrator Desktop to Illustrator for iPad takes forever (hours, or sometimes even days) while the app says no sync errors. It'd be great to be able to manually sync with CC!

Option to export using dpi instead of ppi Older versions of Illustrator used to have the option to export using dpi instead of ppi, when working with printing presses we need this option to be able to get good quality output without having to make images large by having to use 1200ppi to get best quality

Could you make the option to set it as a past version? I use illustrator (desktop) to make a file for laser engraving machine or cnc.
And that machines only read illustrator version 8.
I usually use desktop to do this but sometimes I can’t access to desktop so I wish I can use that function with my ipad.1 vote -

Import AI files directly from desktop version to IpadOS version I want to work on the same AI file that I made on the desktop Adobe Illustrator on my IPAD. Currently, there is no cross-compatibility and I cannot import my .AI files. If there is, the compatibilty needs to be more noticable and import needs to be easier.

This is for Illustrator DRAW (which doesn't have an option in your list) I hope to be able to open a legacy Illustrator for Mac file in Illustrator DRAW on my iPad. I have so many!!! Either open it outright or open it as a background that I could sketch over. Thank you.
