    I agree. I make many mood boards and it’s frustrating that I can’t crop images.

    You can’t crop an imported image. This is a very basic function, and for an app that costs $1,200 every ten years seems like its not asking too much. For now I have to print out the image, cut it with scissors, scan it back in to my iPad, and then re-import it. But really....

    It would be a huge time saver if we could crop the image we choose to import on illustrator itself rather than having to crop it elsewhere and then import it.

    It’ll be easier to work in one application to crop images rather than having to do it in photos and then dropping it in illustrator
