Vertical Transform Controls Rotate Instead of Resize
When attempting to resize an element that is zoomed-in, clicking on the vertical transform handles changes the cursor to vertical scale arrows as expected. However, dragging the handle rotates the element instead.
This affects both the Top and Bottom handles for transform but does not affect the Left or Right. All other transform features appear to work as expected.

I admit that something similar happened to me more than enough times, but when I try to replicate it, I fail. Jason, do you happen to have that particular file?

This is most likely related to the other bug report I posted about a different context. It seems that the rotate controls are being entirely too aggressive when selecting an object. I often have to zoom way in or out to get the damned rotate controls to quit popping up so I can even move an element. We should be able to deselect these controls from popping up in the options. I almost never use them and they get in the way more than they help.
