Illustrator 2022 doesn't support Emoji Characters

Someone IT fella in Adobe Illustrator removed the Emoji as characters in Illustrator 2022! Now we are not able to type Apple Emojis in Illustrator!

PLEASE FIX IT!!

Please share a screen recording, are the glyphs inserted through Apple Emoji & Symbol panel? Or glyphs inserted through Type > Glyphs panel?

Both Adobe Illustrator 2022 and Photoshop 2022 have similar problem: both apps don't support "Apple Color Emoji" as character font!

This needs to be FIXED!!!

ASAP!!
