Mockup is not working
I am trying to use the Mockup tool in the Beta version. Suddenly it is not working. For reference, I attached the error.

It seems like you are using an old Beta build that has some troubles with connecting to servers now.
Can you please force-check updates in your Creative Cloud Desktop app and update the Beta, to see if it changes anything? -

The team asks you relaunch Ai and try again. When you do, please record trying to uses a mockup from the very beginning it on video and then share the recording here — this will help to start investigation.

Yep, five minutes is just way too much :( It was 45 seconds for me.
In this build the team decided to package the mockup engine in an on-demand module, the same way Photoshop does with neural filters, to save the bandwidth for the company and the users, and to download it only when users tries to use it. Something does not seem to work correctly.
Do you have anything peculiar set up, firewalls, traffic control apps, anything? -

5 mintues, after that I closed the app and rechecked nothing happened.
Before there is no option like this.

You should wait until Ai finishes downloading the package required for the feature — 'Adding Ai model' is a progress bar, and eventually it should progress. How much time did you wait?
