Egor, Just tried in AI2024 and the preview problem does not exist. Just a Beta bug I guess, but it does happen across files for Beta.

Jules, can you test the same file in the main Illustrator release?
Does it happen with any file with linked images, or this one only?
If only this file leads to problem — can you please package it with the links included and send the package to sharewithai@adobe.com? You can also attach it here directly in comments, if you are allowed to share it publicly.
Just be sure the bug stays in this packaged version as well.
