Frequent app crash due to an unknown reason
I lost 2 of my projects in Adobe Illustrator because the app closes suddenly and doesn't save the files even though it's set to save changes on all my files every 15 minutes. When I open the app once again it says "Adobe Illustrator just recovered from a crash". It repeats 2-3 times in a day and every time the file is lost or not recovered correctly. After the last crash my app stopped showing any images that I add to the file and stopped showing any actions I do with Illustrator tools. There is no ability to work on the project as Illustrator simply doesn't work. I would be very grateful for any recommendations what to do in such case and any information on why such crashes happen.

When it crashes — do you get a crash reporter dialog? do you send the reports? if you do — do you use the same email as the one as here at UserVoice, or is it something else? Does it happen only with cloud files?
