Black screen when opened
On the Mac and updated software and for computer and app, the screen is completely black when opened. its been like this for a week. I have a project that needs to be done. Please fix.

Rebecca, do you mean the Beta build (you reported this in the Beta Bugs section), or the general 30.2 build?
Do you mean the home screen when no documents are opened, or when a documents get opened? Do you see panels and the toolbar? Can you share a screenshot?
Does downgrading help?
