An error occurred while saving the comment Aaron commentedSince the 2021 update, I'm able to open the panel, but can't interact it with anyway, such as:
Can't click in the search bar
Can't click swatches or drag out assets
Can't scroll
Can't r-clickI ran the adobe creative cloud cleaner on the library and it worked momentarily. Upon opening another file, the library stopped working again.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.3.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

It's been like this for over a year now with still no fix...

Using Cmd/Ctrl-1 to set "actual size" seems to be off by half a pixel. If in pixel preview, everything is blurry and requires zooming in and out to get the screen aligned to the pixel.
This used to work fine before CC2019, but ever since then "actual size" was has always been slightly off, and is especially apparent with pixel-aligned artwork and artboard edges.
