Since the 2021 update, I'm able to open the panel, but can't interact it with anyway, such as:
Can't click in the search bar
Can't click swatches or drag out assets
    Can't scroll
    Can't r-click

I ran the adobe creative cloud cleaner on the library and it worked momentarily. Upon opening another file, the library stopped working again.

Zoom works in two ways in Ai – one is based on the pixel density of the display, and other is on actual (physical) size of the element. The setting to control this is in:

Preferences > Display Print Size at 100% Zoom

Above setting ensures what you see at 100% zoom would be the physical size of the art. You can actually put a ruler against the screen and a 1inch rectangle will measure 1in on screen at 100%.

But this may not work right for screen design workflows. Make sure you uncheck this, if actual size zoom is not needed.

Still broken in 24.2.3. Pressing cmd-1 in pixel preview mode makes everything blurry. Always have to zoom in and then back out with "cmd +" then "cmd -"

It's been like this for over a year now with still no fix...
