   This issue is resolved in Big Sur (macOS 11) public release.

   When I am using Illustrator 24.3 52@205569 on macOS Big Sur 11.0 Beta (20A5384c), it crashes every time I try to apply effects. I should clarify, it only happens when the 'effects dialog' comes up for things like 'artistic effects'.
