Hi, I spoke with Adobe and they told me to report this on here. I just got the new 2020 MacBook Pro M1 and purchased creative cloud, illustrator has been glitching nonstop and crashing my computer. As well as creative cloud in general, but I've noticed it more with illustrator than anything else.
Just wanted to make it aware to adobe that there is an issue. I understand they are in the middle of trying make a version specifically for the silicone processor current version is an Intel processor based program. Wanted to make it aware that no matter what you're doing, it's crashing. Including using the pen tool, changing the colors of the strokes and fill, also causing my computer to crash to the point where I have to completely restart it because it's completely frozen. My screen will sometimes turn magenta pink or parts of my screen will turn magenta. Ready spoke with Apple earlier today and I'm going to be calling them again to include all of these issues as well as the issues I spoke to them about prior. I love adobe and I was so excited to get creative cloud after having the same laptop for 11 years (OG 2009 MacBook pro) and using CS5 so it's very disappointing that this is happening, but I understand it will get better in the future I just wanted to make things very clear to adobe there are major issues for anyone that's using the new 2020 MacBook Pro M1 silicon processor.
