    スウォッチオプションでカラーを変更するときが問題です。

    カラーバーがRGBになっているので
    カラーモードをHSBにするがRBGのままです。
    一度、CMYKなどにしてからHSBに設定すると
    カラーバーもHSBになります。

    Adobe Illustrator 2021（ いつも最新版です。）
    mac OS 10.15.7

    たとえば、最初からカラーを取り扱う設定を決められれば良いと思います。

    新規ドキュメント　詳細でカラーモードを設定するときに、CMYK、RGB、HSBと選べればいいと思います。
    HSBはRGBではありますが。。。
    とにかくHSB固定にして欲しい。

    カラーモードHSBで作業している。カラーの変更をするために、その下のカラーバーで変更しようとするがRGBのまま。
    いちいちRGBにしてからまたHSBに変更するとHSBになる。
    カラーモードの固定をお願いします。
    以前はこのようなバグはありませんでした。
