  1. When a layer is locked don't ask me if I want to unlock it. Instead give me a drop down list of all the layers to choose from

    If i copy something from one Illustrator file and want to paste it in another, i don't want it to paste in my locked layer, i want to choose which layer to paste it in. It doesn't give me an option to paste in my choice of layer but one that it chooses for me.
