    Same here. I'm working on my projects then it happens after the update of Illustrator. This annoying bug did not happen in previous version (around 2 version backward).
    Even worse, it freezes when scrolling Fonts.

    I tried reinstalling everything from Illustrator only, to all Creative Cloud apps, even deleting some Adobe folder related in Library and in any inside Folder around it.

    And it still persists.

    MacOS 12.6.4 Mac Pro (Late 2013) here, with Latest update of Illustrator.
