   1.) Is this Issue still happening on your machine in the latest version 27.5.0 ?
   2.) If yes, please provide .ai file.

   3. When I work with type on a path tool in a circle, it flips the orientation by a subtle move and when this happenes, Cmmd Z doesn't work to go back to the original orientation.
