    There are now several separate requests made, based on the feedback in this thread:

    1. Regarding adjustable color and opacity for 3D shadows:

    All those who commented on the topic until October 16, 2023, are already added as voters there. If this is something you want to have for 3D and Materials in Illustrator — please upvote it. If possible — create new requests and bug reports about 3D, rather than commenting here inside. This will help the team to better prioritize efforts on making the feature better.     @Egor Chistyakov: I have attached the file that is giving me problems, but it isn't just this file--it is ANY 3D file that I want to change the material color. The option just isn't there. I'm not the only one with this problem. Lower in this thread (July 13) @Marketa Andersova also has this problem, and I've seen it brought up on other threads as well, so far with no solution. Maybe it is unique to MAC?

    I no longer have the option to change the material color in Illustrator 3D. The option just no longer exists! This makes the entire effect no longer usable for me.
