Videos are not for everyone. I want to read the command, play with it, figure out why it's there, what it can or cannot do. Videos are either too vague or too focused, and all are too fast.
A written, printable handbook is still desired by your customers. Adobe does not need to print it for distribution. Separate it into chapters and subchapters, which can be updated as needed (along with a date on that change), and let the customer focus on the section they need. Whether the user can peruse the written material online, or wants to download it to save time spent on the Internet, or needs to print some portion of it, the customer should be given the option to choose.
