My wife and I have been using Adobe for YEARS, exclusively on Windows. She is CONSTANTLY frustrated with the "I don't give a sh*t about our Windows customers" attitude that Adobe exemplifies in so many ways. Choosing to withhold the simple option of working in layers in Illustrator Touch for Windows is just the biggest "f*ck you" to their Windows customer base. It's enough to cancel our subscription out of spite. Layers shouldn't be this low on your priority list!
