Layers in Touch Interface
The touch interface should have layers.

This feature was requested in 2017 and STILL isn't a feature, which shows how much Adobe really cares about improving the touch workspace.

I'm new to Adobe and I was starting to think I was the problem. Can there please be an update so we can use the most important functions in tablet mode. So many people use tablets instead if s computer and drawing pad!!!!!! Just common sense

In 'Touch' mode, Illustrator is a very basic drawing app which cannot let the user continue professional work in any case.

we need to be able to customize touch workspace and to be more easy for touch pens

Please, please, please Adobe work on this! The touch workspace has not been updated in years and it would be great to add at least some basic features. Otherwise, it's useless as it is right now. Don't ignore Windows users, please.

AHHH! I'm so glad that I'm not the only one with these problems. Please Adobe, don't let Apple win.

YES to all of the suggestions!!! LAYERS, BRUSHES, UNDO GESTURE/TOUCH options please!!! The small undo arrow doesn't cut it - an easy double 3-finger tap? Is this an app for designers or Paint for kids. My fault for not researching before buying the Surface Pro. I would've gone, dare I say, the iPad route for mobility aspect.

They had so much time to work on this and nothing was done, when Illustrator for iPad was already released. Just a few extra features would have made the touch workspace much better, and really, not even the blob brush is available at this time. :(

It's so frustrating that I can't easily illustrate in Illustrator with a stylus. This would be the most basic expectation of a highly priced design software. I have to switch back and forth between touch workspace and desktop workspace which has made me stop using the stylus completely. Total creativity killer, very sad.

100%! Why the heck would this not have been addressed immediately by Adobe?!

It's 2020 and this issue still has not been sorted, we will all admit that illustrator/adobe programs are not the cheapest ones out there so we would expect top level quality- bring layers and brushes to touch screen as thats the main use of illustrator for many of us!!!

Why they have not included such a basic, essential feature in the touch workspace is beyond me.
