    update:
    Right now, I'm trying to install the old version of Illustrator v 26.0.3 and the results are quite smooth and there are no problems when using the pencil tool with my pen tablet.

    and as for the performance of the current illustrator, version 27.2 is enough to make me annoyed. Even when I open illustrator and photoshop at the same time, it's enough to make my PC lag and slow to respond.
