I am seeing the same issue.
my working device: Macbook Pro M1 2020
OS: macOS
Version: 13.2
Process Architecture: arm64
Built-In Memory: 8192 MB
Illustrator version: 27.2 Latest update
I am using an external keyboard and sometimes the error occurs only on illustrator, I can't press any button the same one when I switch to a newer keyboard or build-in keyboard, I think the problem is not with my keyboard but with the software since I've used the different keyboard even build-in on but the problem still persists.
sometimes the arrow button not working, something tab, sometimes z, but it works perfectly fine on my keyboard test or adobe photoshop latest update
The only solution is restart the app and work again perfectly normally, please look into it since it's really disturb my work
I have never had this issue before since January 2023
