    All those who commented on the topic until October 16, 2023, are already added as voters there. If this is something you want to have for 3D and Materials in Illustrator — please upvote it. If possible — create new requests and bug reports about 3D, rather than commenting here inside. This will help the team to better prioritize efforts on making the feature better.     I posted about this yesterday and received a response from Egor, but I can't find how to respond to his message here (I don't see it under my original post?).

    My issue is that in the new 3D Extrude Bevel tool, the Perspective Slider is completely locked and I cannot enter any value into the text box. I have tried this tool on multiple shapes/texts, etc.. and it does not work on any object.

    However, the perspective slider in the 'Classic" 3D tool does work! Weird.

    I am using AI 27.3.1 on a Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1 with 64g of RAM

    I'm attached the AI file with a simple example of an attempt to extrude some outlined text. Thank you!

    The Perspective 'slided' under the 'rotation tools' does not work. By that I mean it does not move. Cannot move it all. A slide is supposed to slide.

    I've tried it in different files, on type, outlined text, shapes, boxes. Nothing. There is no object in any file that will allow me to use the perspective slider located at the bottom under 'rotation'.
