As per the comment, Illustrator on the web is now a thing and you can try it.
If you have a Creative Cloud subscription that includes Illustrator, go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/illustrator and learn more here: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/web/illustrator-web-faq.html
You also have to be an a state that is allowed to use new Adobe services.
