    Hello again, this problem is coming up again, but toggling between tha scaling isn't working. I am working with one regular monitor and a Wacom Cintic, and the problem only happens when I have Illustrator open on the Cintic, when I drag it over to the other monitor the menus appear normal

    Yes, I toggled back and forth and it's not cropped anymore. It seems to me that Ai was scaling, but I don't really know how to tell the difference.

    I tried that, and it worked! Thanks :)
    The UI scaling was set to Small, for some reason. Set it to normal and the menus came back.
    I decided to see what would happen if I changed it back to Small, since the UI was just taking up way too much space, and the menus stayed correct still after switching back to small.
