    As per the comment inside, an ability to hide units for dimension objects is introduced in AI Beta build 28.3.0.47.

    No more news so far on other parts of the request.

    私もサイン・看板類の設計を行なっており、Illustratorで簡易図面を作成しています。要望もRika Yachiさんと全く同じものを希望していました。

    サイングラフィック自体はグラフィックデザインの領域にありますので、同じようにIllustratorで描いている方も多いのではないかと思います。寸法ツール自体は本当に便利なものですので、ご改善いただけますことを強く期待しています。
