    Another suggestion for improvement:
    If you click on the dimensioning tool, a small panel appears where you can make certain (default) settings using the gear wheel. In my case, this additional panel was half-hidden BEHIND the tool panel. This is inconsistent and unexpected. As with the other tools, there should be a small triangle in the bottom right-hand corner to indicate that further options are available. If you click on the tool, these options should pop up BEFORE the tool panel.

    I have only moved the dimension without the associated object. I have just tried moving the object and dimension together. Even then you cannot change the attributes of the dimension.

    Illustrator 28.6 für OSX: Wenn man ein Objekt mit dem Bemassungswerkzeug ausmisst, kann man nach dem Wechsel zu einem andern Werkzeug oder nach dem Bewegen der Bemassung die Linienstärke nicht mehr ändern und die Einheiten nicht ausblenden. Das sollte immer möglich sein
