   The issue reported no longer happens in 29.0.1.

   In case a similar problem happens with you, make sure you have both Snap to Grid and Snap to Pixel disabled.

   it does that to me too, I make sewing patterns . mm of difference make a pattern unusable and customer have the right to ask me refund + hours of work wasted from me. This increment should be 0,8 cm (8mm), instead it is 1,1 cm. I am wasting time
