    The one I use and is failing: version 29.5
    The 28.7.7 version works correctly.
    IMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020
    MacOS 15.4.1
    It often fails when copying and pasting vector files to the artboard and then adding their colors to the color palette, but it almost always happens when adding colors from existing vector objects to the palette.

    t crashes frequently when adding colors to the swatches panel in the 2025 versions — it’s terrible. It happens to me all the time, even after updating the software. Thankfully, I can still work with earlier versions. Back when there weren’t so many updates, it didn’t crash as much.
