My team has been having an issue where sometimes a document will swap fonts around all on its own. Like, we will close a document, and later when we open it, the fonts will be in the wrong places. It's definitely not a user error since it has happened multiple times to multiple designers across multiple files and specifically happens after a document has been closed (never while it is open.)
Examples attached of what the document fonts were supposed to be and what Illustrator changed them to. Not the biggest problem for documents with minimal text, but becomes very problematic on docs with lots of text.
