    This issue happened again on Illustrator v30.8.1. The auto-save settings were checked when this occured, but based on the most recent update in this thread, this issue was supposed to have been fixed in v30.4.
    The issue does not show up in the file if opened, but appears if the file is placed or in the Finder window thumbnail preview. (I am not able to post this comment with the affected file.)
