    This was fixed in the Beta 30.8.0.7 and the team intends to push it into the next general July release.

    Meanwhile, please use the dedicated Transform panel or the Properties panel as a workaround.

    It works as expected in Illustrator Beta version, been using that.

    2. Illustrator Desktop 30.6 (64-bit)

    3. After clicking 'Transform' in top bar and adjusting width or height - it scales the element proportionally even if the button is not selected or depressed. It seems to work when you can see the values displayed in the bar, but when you click the word 'Transform' it glitches, incredibly frustrating.

    4. I want to only increase one value i.e. width and not the length, it adjusts both values whether the button is toggled on/off.
