   An installed color profile can be accessed and used like this:

   Edit > Color Settings: Working Spaces, CMYK: choose the profile you need.

   Then go to Edit > Assign Profile and set it.

   That help, thank you! Although it is a little bit strange, because as a user you don't see a connection to that :-)
