    Our typical launch numbers on a SSD MBP is around 6-7 seconds hence we would like to understand more about the issue and problem.

    I will check. Just an FYI, I mentioned I am on Yosemite. AI CC 22.0.0 is not compatible with this OS. As I am corporate, I am waiting for an upgrade. So, it will take a while.

    In the meantime, see what you can do with AI CC 21.0.0

    AI CC2017
    trying to launch
    I expect it to open in less than 1 min
    I am getting actual work-ready launch in 5-10 minutes.
